The 2nd and 4th Friday of the month and is subject to change based upon business needs. Brush must be NO longer than 8 feet, placed street-side parallel to the curb, and not placed near fire hydrants, street signs, driveways, sidewalks, etc to allow town employees to utilize their equipment to safely load brush into their trucks. Brush pick-up has been completed for the season and will begin again in the Spring.

Monthly - Payment is due upon receipt and no later than the 20th of each month with no further notice. If not paid by the end of business on the 20th, a $5 late fee will be applied to the account. If account is not paid in full by the 30th of the month, water service will be shut off. An $80 non-refundable reactivation fee will be required in addition to the account being paid in full before the water service will be turned back on.

From 10pm till 6am the park is closed and not to be used. If seen in the park loitering you may receive a ticket from patrols.

Only 2 dogs are allowed per residence. There is a leash law requiring all dogs be restrained at all times.

Yes, all dogs must be on a leash. Per ordinance, "No dogs shall be leashed or tied in a manner that will allow the animal to come within fifteen (15) feet of the public right of way: sidewalk, alleyway."

Yes! To apply for a permit each year: Please bring your golf cart for inspection, your driver's license, and your golf cart insurance card to the Town Hall.
